Though it's not the hardest test in the battery and much of the material on it overlaps with the contents of other exams, you'll be well served by boning up for this test. Exam Prep: NT Workstation 4 can assist you. Everything Microsoft prescribes for study appears in this book. You ought to be familiar with a lot of it if you've used NT before. First, the authors cover the installation of NT Workstation (including preliminary hardware qualifications) and the subsequent establishment of users, groups, policies, and other configuration options. Later chapters discuss the particular subsystems that NT Workstation comprises, including the file systems, security managers, network architectures, and printing.
