About the Author
BOB SCHMIDT has sixteen years' experience in IS™ as a consultant for Arthur Andersen & Co. and Ernst & Young, as a successful entrepreneur developing advanced interactive data modeling education, and as an award-winning lecturer for DAMA, ODTUG, and DECUS. His mission is “to quickly and accurately design and implement large-scale business systems for economic wallop.”
DAVID WARREN holds a Ph.D. in nineteenth century British Literature and has extensive expertise in hypertext and multimedia instruction. He has contributed greatly to the fun and readability of this book.
