About the Author
A native of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Julia Ann Charpentier has credits in desktop, regional, and national publications. She's a columnist for Affaire de Coeur. Julia has published ninety articles on romance including reprints and over one hundred book reviews. In December 1999 her first collection of short stories was released.
