The highlight of this book/CD-ROM package is the Registry Tracking System on CD-ROM, which documents more than 3,000 Registry keys in an Access database. You can search the database for the key you want and call up a summary of how that key works, what other keys it cooperates with, and what will happen if you delete it. The book is basically a hard-copy version of the CD-ROM database, with some additional information about Registry Editor and Tweak UI included. A word of caution: The Microsoft Access-based Registry Tracking System, intended to work as a freestanding application, doesn't install properly on systems that don't have Access installed; Que's Web site offers no information about the problem.
