FrontPage 98 is not a difficult software package to use, but it is difficult to master its full functionality. Dornfest focuses, then, on "the unwritten rules and tricks of the trade" in Web design that are facilitated by the software. Chapter 4, "Web Design Fundamentals," for example, considers the cultural differences, platform differences, software differences, and modem/Internet Service Provider (ISP) differences of your potential users, and it subsequently suggests ways to meet their needs.
