Author Todd Stauffer devotes a significant amount of text to using AppleWorks software. He also includes coverage of Kai's Photo Soap and Quicken, along with information on using Internet software from Microsoft and Netscape. The author mixes expert, fact-rich prose with step-by-step procedures that ought to solve almost any problem you encounter.
