World of Tanks Comes to European Stores

    Wargaming.net and Deep Silver Announce Publishing Agreement

    Wargaming.net announced today the signing of a publishing agreement with Deep Silver on distributing the retail version of World of Tanks. Deep Silver will become the exclusive distributor for World of Tanks in the following territories: UK, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, Nordic countries, Benelux, Spain, Portugal, Greece, and France.

    The retail version will contain EUR 20 worth of bonus content, including in-game gold, several days of premium account, and the premium German tank PzKpfw 38H735 (f) equipped with a Small Spall Liner module.

World of Warplanes Website Blasts Off

    Wargaming.net announces the launch of the website for the recently revealed flight combat action MMO World of Warplanes. Set in the Golden Age of military aviation, World of Warplanes continues the armored warfare theme marked in the highly-acclaimed World of Tanks and will throw players into a never-ending tussle for air dominance.

    The website available at www.worldofwarplanes.com will feature the first in-game screenshots and will further introduce world of warplanes with renders, videos, and other materials to keep players in touch with the latest development updates. World of Warplanes will feature a wide range of warbirds, each of them unique in their effectiveness and behavior. Virtual pilots will choose from three main warplane classes - single-engine light fighters capable of engaging enemies in close dogfights, heavy fighters with their deadly straight attacks, and strafing aircrafts, the fearsome threat for ground targets.

Wargaming.net Expands to Europe

    New Office to Open in Paris.

    London, UK, Paris, FR and San Francisco, CA (26th July, 2011) — Wargaming.net is proud to announce the opening of the European branch to manage the company's public and business relations in Europe, with Frédéric Menou as the Managing Director.

    The company believes that his tremendous experience, first as Support Services Director and then as Managing Director Europe at Blizzard Entertainment, will help Frédéric Menou to bring Wargaming.net to the league of the best European online gaming publishers.

World of Tanks is Coming to Tankfest 2011 England

World of Tanks Beats PCCU Record

The peak of 74,536 online players was recorded on January 5, 2011 by the Russian release version of World of Tanks.

World of Tanks Reaches Half Million Active Players

    Highly anticipated tank MMO action game hits 500,000 active players worldwide, having 700,000 registrations

    London, UK - November 16, 2010 - Wargaming.net today announced that the population of its highly anticipated free-to-play MMO action game World of Tanks reached 500,000 active players worldwide. The game was released 3 months ago in Russia and reached 350,000 active players (500,000 registrations). In the USA and Europe World of Tanks is still in Closed Beta Test having 150,000 active players (200,000 registrations).

    The number of peak con-current users (PCCU) in Russia exceeded 43,000. In the West PCCU surpassed 10,000 players. On average each active gamer spends 3 hours and 20 minutes playing the game every day. 10 million battles have been fought since September.
